Ever consider creating a rain garden on your street for all your neighbors to enjoy?
  • Restoring native plant species?
  • Retrofitting your neighborhood’s water systems?

Look no further! The solution is here: apply for an environmental/legacy mini-grant.

The City of Lake Forest Park offers its citizens the opportunity to submit an application, either individually, with a group, or with a community organization to create small-scale environmental improvements with the use of dedicated funds.

Mini-grants reimburse a portion of expenses on projects in two categories:
  • Local ecosystem enhancement
  • Legacy Vision implementation
