Miles Jamieson and Hunter Nelson lost their tough match with the second seeded team from Glacier Peak, Davis and Mozlowski, 3-6, 2-6. They came back with a big win over Jared Kowalski and Lyon Vegagra, Shorecrest, winning 6-3, 6-4 to advance to the third place match today. Justin Oh defeated Tomas Moya from Lynnwood 6-3, 7-5. He needs one more win over his opponent from Meadowdale, Brian Nguyen, to advance to the third place match. All three T-Bird players will advance to next weeks District 1 3A meet at Mount Vernon high school.

Semifinals—Alex Casper (Meadowdale) def. Dan Snyder (Everett) 5-7, 6-2, 6-4; Brendan Soelling (Everett) def. Brian Nguyen (Meadowdale) 6-0, 6-0.

Final—Soeling def. Casper 0-6, 7-6 retired.

3rd/4th place quarterfinals—Justin Oh (Shorewood) def. Tomas Moya (Lynnwood) 6-3, 7-5; David Lyons (Shorecrest) def. Ben Cardinal (Oak Harbor) 4-6, 7-6 (7-2), 6-2.

Doubles
Semifinals—Scott Bohmke-Grant Lovell (Meadowdale) def. Kyle Bjornethun-Eric Impola (Glacier Peak) 6-2, 6-4; Dylan Mozlowski-Jake Davis (Glacier Peak) def. Hunter Nelson-Miles Jamieson (Shorewood) 6-3, 6-2.

Final—Mozlowski-Davis def. Bohmke-Lovell 6-3, 3-6, 6-4.

3rd/4th place semifinals—Nelson-Jamieson def. Jared Kowalski-Lyon Vegara (Shorecrest) 6-3, 6-4; Bjornethun-Impola defeated Cameron Hathaway-Andrew Fijalka (Meadowdale) 6-4, 6-3

7th place (alternate to district)—John Kim-Stuart Milner (Mountlake Terrace) def. Josh Evans-Brandon Vagt (Oak Harbor) 4-6, 7-5, 6-2.
