Honor the veterans in your life with a memorial brick

Thursday, May 28, 2015

Father's Day is June 21 and the Shoreline Veterans Association has a suggestion for this special day.

They are selling bricks for the Shoreline Veterans Recognition Plaza at Shoreline City Hall. For a donation of $100, you can purchase a brick with the name, rank and branch of service and length of service of a veteran.

This project will be entirely funded through donations. It is currently in the bid process with the goal of November 11 as the dedication date.

Forms are available to pick up at Shoreline City Hall or for more information, contact Dwight Stevens at 206-546-28994, email Lynn, or download the brochure/form here.

Visit their website to learn more about the project.
