Local firefighters in Sonoma County to fight wildfires

Michelle Pidduck from Shoreline Fire reports that our strike team (from Bothell, Duvall, Eastside, Seattle, Shoreline and Valley Regional Fire Authority), is on the Kincaid Fire in Sonoma County, CA. 

Staging area

As of the morning of October 30, the fire has burned almost 80,000 acres and has destroyed over 200 buildings, half of which were homes. It was said to be 30% contained, but the Santa Ana winds are due and could blow possibly 70mph.

They were assigned to structure protection. These are pictures of staging, base camp and some areas that were burned.
