On Wednesday morning, August 29, 2018, the Lake Forest Park Rotary heard a presentation from Josh Buren, Ambassador for the Travis Manion Foundation "Empowering Veterans and families of the fallen to develop character in future generation in order to strengthen communities."

Focused on engagement, meaning and relationships, the organization aims to redefine America's national character.

"We unite communities to build a nation that values character above all else; where integrity is more important than celebrity, and social impact outweighs personal gain; where acts of courage, service, and kindness triumph, and communities unite to raise each other up."

The Travis Manion Foundation motto is, "IF NOT ME, THEN WHO?"
