The pleasures of bread-baking - author at Third Place Books Thursday

Thursday, September 6, 2018, 7pm at Third Place Books, Victoria Redhed Miller will present her new cookbook: From No-Knead to Sourdough (New Society).

Victoria Redhed Miller blends her own journey toward self-reliance with her fascination for traditional homesteading skills and love of good food.

From simple yeast breads, to a wide variety of sourdough-based breads, the author's curiosity and fearlessness come together to share a simpler approach to the pleasures of bread-baking.
