Shoreline man involved in car - pedestrian crash

A 22 year old Shoreline man was involved in a car - pedestrian accident at 25th Ave NE and NE 145th St on the Shoreline - Seattle line on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 5:10am.

His vehicle was westbound in lane 2, entering a controlled intersection on a green light. The pedestrian, a 19 year old from Shelton, was on NE 145th at 25th Ave NE.

The pedestrian entered the crosswalk, walking northbound, where he was struck by the vehicle in lane 2. He was transported by ambulance to Harborview.

Police are investigating, but said there was no indication that drugs or alcohol were involved.
