Answered 24/7/365 by volunteers, they are prepared to help callers in King County dealing with any type of emotional distress including grief, trauma, anger, anxiety depression or thoughts of suicide.
They are also able to link callers to other community resources, including mental health counseling and/or emergency mental health services.
