Public Hearing on new and revised parking regulations Jan 8

A public hearing on Ordinance 1092, which adds to and amends several City of Lake Forest Park parking regulations, will be held at the regular City Council meeting on Thursday, January 9, 2015. The public is invited to give testimony regarding the proposed enhancements. The following sections of the City code are affected:

• 10.12.011 Impounding vehicles (new)
• 10.12.012 Parking of unregistered vehicles (new)
• 10.12.013 Separate violation for each 24-hour period (new)
• 10.12.155 No parking within 10 feet of a mailbox (new)
• 10.12.016 Interference with parking monitoring
• 10.12.020 Ballinger Way N.E. from NE 195th to Bothell Way 
• 10.12.050 Disabled parking – Violation
• 10.12.055 Adoption of state law
• 10.12.065 Parking of junk vehicles prohibited
• 10.12.220 Restricted parking zone
