The Shoreline Concert Band, directed by Ken Noreen, feature two soloists: Scott Barnes, Associate Conductor of the Band, playing the “Rondo” from Mozart’s third French horn concerto; and Dr. Charles Enlow playing George Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue.” Dr. Enlow is a faculty member of the Music Department at SCC.
