Free Presentation, “Feeding Your Family” January 10 at North City

Cynthia Lair will present "Feeding Your Family," Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 7:30 pm in the gymnasium at the North City Education Center, 816 NE 190th Street, in Shoreline.

Lair, a certified health and nutrition counselor and an assistant professor at Bastyr University's School of Nutrition and Exercise Science, will talk about new ways parents can get kids to eat healthfully. The presentation is free to the public.
