Trends: Only one car prowl, and no burglaries. I wonder if the serial burglar the Shoreline police captured was responsible for all the break-ins and missing golf clubs in LFP.   However, an unusual amount of drama - see the Soap Opera section.

Not what you think
11-02….188xx 51 NE. Report of man standing on dark street. Police checked. His girlfriend was at her parents’ home but he is not welcome there.
11-03….193xx 50 NE. Daughter heard someone in carport area – and the dog growled.
11-03….36xx NE 155. Man asking for Aid. Aid responded. Anxiety attack, police call cancelled.

Not taking responsibility
11-01….201xx 53 NE. Hit and run. Minor damage to parked car.
1-04….190xx 53 NE. Someone backed into parked car and left.

Petty thievery
11-01….Towne Centre Hardware. Customer from Marysville wrote check on closed account.
11-03….158xx 37 NE. Car put up on blocks and tires removed.
11-03….28xx NE 195. Car prowl or malicious mischief.

Car prowls
11-07….191xx Ballinger. Car prowl. Took emergency road kit and emergency back pack.

The usual bells and whistles
11-01….192xx Forest Pk Dr NE, condos. Two 911 hang-ups from business office but it was closed, locked up, and no one answered.
11-02….Towne Centre, SCC space. Alarm. Two SCC employees in suite. They entered their codes but codes didn’t work to shut off alarm.
11-04….17171 Bothell Wy. Employee tripped alarm.
11-04….30xx NE 203. Alarm
11-07….170xx 33 NE. Neighbor girl came to see her friend and opened the door, which set off the alarm. Or police set it off when they checked the door.

Infrastructure
11-05….35xx NE/Ballinger. City advised police that school traffic sign was flashing and it was after posted hours.
11-06….LFP Elementary. Sewer back-up. Thought the street would have to be blocked.

Plucking them off the streets
11-01….145xx Bothell Wy. DUI, license suspended, arrested.
11-02….185xx 37 NE. Reckless driving.
11-02….171xx Bothell Wy. Driving with license suspended, no insurance.
11-03….177xx Brookside N. Stopped driver for speeding. Driving with suspended license. Warrant. Driver arrested and transported to King County jail, then released to Federal Way Police.

Fraud
11-05….38xx NE 155. Caller discovered that someone got a library card in his name.
11-06….167xx 37 NE. Credit card fraud from New York City.

Fisticuffs
11-06….157xx Bothell Wy. Woman was in a bar fight behind Jack in the Box.

You’ll be sorry you didn't answer the phone
11-01….Des Moines police recovered stolen car but unable to contact LFP owner. Impound fees are building up.

Cranky Neighbors
11-04….53xx NE 180. Neighbor dispute. Caller complained that neighbor drove over a piece of wood on the easement, which was covering the drainage area. Police advised this was not a police matter. Caller advised to document damaged property.
11-07….35xx NE 153, apartments. Woman upstairs has large amps, playing guitar and yelling. She’s moving out in two days

Noisy Neighbors
11-05….33xx NE 163. Party house. Cars parked legally and illegally.
11-05….155xx Bothell Wy. Party house. Loud stereo – told to turn it down.
11-05….26xx NE 195. Party house, loud people. Told to quiet down.
11-06….26xx NE 195. Party house, very loud. Ten juveniles leaving the party.

Soap Opera City
11-04….174xx Ballinger. Call came in at 17:13 from daughter saying that her mother was driving from Kirkland to Edmonds, following her husband in another car, but they got separated. Parents live at Pt. Edwards, a huge condo complex. Mom can find Edmonds but not the condo. Daughter is on her way down from Granite Falls to look for Mom. Police advised King County, Sno County, checked up Ballinger, all the side roads and major complexes. Call at 19:30 – Mom located.

11-05….189xx Forest Pk Dr NE. Daughter’s ex-boyfriend assaulted her new boyfriend in Edmonds. Ex’s trailer is on Mom’s property. Mom removed his guns. Mom wants to know if Ex is out of jail. Advised to contact Edmonds PD.

11-06….36xx NE 155. 15 year old and father fighting. Father and friend are drunk. Fought with mother. Mother and toddler went next door. Neighbor calling because of the noise. Father told friend to leave. Daughter calling from her bedroom where she is locked in with an axe. Police arrived and escorted the friend off the property – he had previously been Trespassed from the building.

11-07….LFP. Father dropped daughter and her boyfriend at friend’s house in LFP. When he went to pick her up at 1:42 am he was stopped by police for a suspicious license. Trying to contact daughter, not sure of friend’s name. Daughter might have walked to the mall to meet him. 2:20 am boyfriend called – she is with him.

11-07….LFP. Caller was witness to a crime and is now being threatened. On the run.
