Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Senior Center begins its Fall Quarter, filled with some exciting new programs and services, along with your favorite regular classes.

Do you have osteoporosis or osteopenia? Learn about the physiology of these common conditions  and how Yoga can help. Build bone health (density and structure), improve balance and reduce the risk of fracture.

This rhythmic, grounded style of dance is fun and great exercise! No dance experience necessary. Shoes and taps discussed at first class.

SPANISH CONVERSATION for ADVANCED BEGINNERS

Monday 10am – 11:30am
$3 Members $4 Non-members

STERLING SILVER JEWELRY MAKING CLASS

Wednesday 12:30pm – 2:30pm
New class begins each month

$20 includes all materials (including silver)
