Thursday's Frolic was for the adults - next Thursday is for the kids

Attendees at the Echo Lake Neighborhood Association's Frolic at the Lake on Thursday, August 16, 2018 were treated to a two hour concert by the jazz group Voices 4.

The vocal quarter, from Kent, was accompanied by a three piece band - guitar, drums, and keyboard. They sang the jazz hits from the grand era of swing in four part, two part, and solo arrangements.

Off the Rez was there with their burgers and tacos and Mooney Icy Tunes sold ice cream.

ELNA will hold a second Frolic on Thursday, August 23, 2018 from 5-8pm. This one will feature the Bubbleman bubble show and free face painting.

Sweet Pearl Bakery will bring desserts and Yummy Box will sell Asian Fusion dinners.

Frolic is open to the public. Echo Lake park is located at N 200th and Ashworth Ave N, across from Aurora Village. The Park is on the Interurban Trail.
