Bird expert Christine Southwick to speak at Ballinger Neighborhood meeting Monday

Friday, March 30, 2018

2018 is the Year of the Bird. The challenge is to help build a better world for birds by taking a simple but meaningful action each month.

You can start by coming to BALNA’s April meeting to hear from guest speaker Christine Southwick, Shoreline’s own bird expert.

Monday, April 2, 2018
Time: 6:30 – 8:30 PM. (Guest speaker will start at 6:35)
Cascade K-8 School (2800 NE 200th St, Shoreline)

Christine will talk about the importance of birds in our environment. Join us for a celebration of our winged neighbors, and learn about International Migratory Bird Day.

Christine is an engaging speaker who shares her own considerable experience working with birds, and creating habitat for them.

Parking is in the front of the school, then walk up the breezeway to enter the main building entrance.
More information about BALNA, along with agendas and minutes from prior meetings are available on their website.
