The Shorewood softball team takes a 1-2 non-league record into a Tuesday home game with Lynnwood after a Friday loss at Jackson.

Shorewood and Lynnwood meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Shorewood’s home Meridian Park Fields. Junior varsity teams from the two schools play at 4.

Shorewood lost to Jackson, 16-3, Tuesday in a game shortened to six innings by the mercy rule. Vreni Hutt was the losing pitcher. The Shorewood junior varsity lost 11-1.
