Richmond Beach Community Association’s March General Meeting

New business developments are on the agenda for the Tuesday, March 12 general meeting. The meeting will start at 7:00pm at the Richmond Beach Congregational Church located at 1512 NW 195th in Shoreline. Kelly Davies, President of M. L. Davies Investment Company and owner of the QFC shopping center properties, will be on hand to discuss the redevelopment of “The Shops at Richmond Village.” Davies is investing considerable energy and resources to bring a new look to the properties.

The Shoreline City Council recently designated the 70+ acre Aurora Square area as a Community Renewal Area. The City is working with property owners and investors to bring economic renewal to the area which includes Sears, Central Market, the WSDOT offices and a number of other smaller businesses. Dan Eernissee, Economic Development Manager for the City of Shoreline, will outline the plans and wonderful possibilities of this development as a community focal point.
