SCC Baseball drops doubleheader to Pierce, goes to 0-5 on season

The Shoreline Community College Baseball Team is off to a slow start in 2012 as the squad is 0-5 on the young season.

SCC opened the season with 3 losses at the Everett tournament, dropping two games to host Everett CC (3-8, 3-7) and one game to Vancouver Island College 2-4.

SCC dropped a doubleheader to Pierce College on Sunday at Pierce, 4-9 and 1-8.

On Sunday, SCC was led by Skylar Frasier, Mark Bishop and Christian Estabillo who all went 2 for 6 in the doubleheader. Frasier and Estabillo had doubles for the Dolphins.

SCC travels to Yakima Valley CC on Saturday and Sunday to play in a tournament with Yakima Valley Community College and Clackamas Community College.
