Glacial Cryotherapy opens in Lake Forest Park Town Center

Local residents Nicolle Gulick of Ridgecrest and Kathy Haynes of Lake Forest Park have opened a new business in Lake Forest Park Town Center.

Glacial Cryotherapy has been open since August 24. Their facility provides Whole Body Cryotherapy, Far Infrared Sauna, Localized Cryotherapy, and the NormaTec muscle recovery system.

Cryotherapy, either whole body or localized, is a completely dry, noninvasive, hyper-cooling process that can lower a person’s skin temperature by 30ºF during a session of up to 180 seconds.
