The cat in the photo is NOT Toby but is an example of a tuxedo cat. Each cat will have varying degrees of white, particularly on its face.

Is there anyway to identify this cat from any other tuxedo cats? Does it have a tag, a chip? Any sort of identifiable feature? Saying there is a missing tuxedo cat is about as useful as saying there is a missing gray tabby, i.e. they're not terribly rare.
