Downtown Edmonds will be all lit up on Thursday night, and there is no better time to come soak in the spirit of the season.

Come out to do some last minute holiday shopping, meet some local artists and "ooh and ahh" at some one-of-a-kind art at Art Walk Edmonds!

Many merchants are featuring artists whose creation make unique gifts for all the art-lovers on your list. 

For the jewelry lovers, stop in Rebekah's Boutique (404 Main St) to see pendants of dichroic glass creatures by Wes Richards. 

Have you got your holiday cards sent out yet? Never fear, you can pick up some more from Joan Archer at Aria Studio Gallery (535 Main St), where you can also pick up some of Joan's original watercolors or photography by Leah Welch. 

RE/MAX Direct Realty (110 4th Ave N) also has handmade cards by Sue Dixon, as well as jewelry artists Mary Benfield and Ananda Maltos. Don't miss the trunk show at Zinc Art + Object (102 3rd Ave S), featuring leather bags, jewelry and wraps by Seattle artist Francine Moo Young.

Do you have any mid-century art enthusiasts on your list? If so, make sure you make Driftwood Modern (403-1/2 Main St) one of your stops, where carefully curated original works by Northwest artists of the period can always be found.

At ARTspot (408 Main St) you can hob-knob with local artists Don Haggarty, Ellen Chappelle, Robin Westbrook, Mike O'Day, Julie Perrine, Tracy Felix and Sue Robertson while making an ornament and indulging in some holiday cheer. The Featured Art Show of the Month can be found at Pelindaba Lavender (102 5th Ave N), where the ethereal, luminous fluid paintings of local artist Valerie Josi will be adorning the walls. Stop in for a real treat of the senses!
