Tale of a Snow Queen
Thursday, February 21, 2pm
Presented by Live Paint and Cindy Arnold.
Ages 3 to 8 with adult.
Celebrate the beauty of winter with this adaptation of the classic fairy tale, The Snow Queen. Be surrounded by flurries of make believe snow and a magic rabbit with very important secrets to share. Create a snow wand to use as a prop for the performance finish! Winter-themed costumes are welcome.
Space is limited, first come, first seated.

Read to Me!
Through May 2013.
Newborn to age 5 with adult.
Read together for 20 minutes for 20 days in a month, and bring a completed 'Read to Me' form to the library to select a free prize book!

Game On!
Wednesday, February 6 and 20, 4-6pm
Play video games at the library.

Study Zone
Sundays-Thursdays, 5-7pm
When school is in session.
Grades K-12.
Drop-in during scheduled Study Zone hours for free homework help from volunteer tutors.

Shoreline Teen Advisory Board
Ages 12 to 18.
Join the Teen Advisory Board and make decisions about what happens in your library.

Many opera lovers have shared that their favorite pairs of operas are the duets, two voices blending. Norm Hollingshead has devoted two lectures to his favorite duets. He will illustrate his commentary with recorded musical excerpts.
