Toddler has serious injuries after fall from balcony

About 9:39am Friday morning in the 18600 block of 8th Ave NW, a man on the first floor of an apartment building heard a thud and crying.
He found a 2 yr old neighbor boy on the ground. The boy had fallen from the 3rd floor balcony.
He apparently climbed up onto the BBQ then over the rail. He is at Harborview with serous injuries. Police are investigating.
