SAN Photographer Claudia Meadows made it to both our local protests on Labor Day - Shoreline, where demonstrators lined both sides of Aurora from north of 205th/244th to 175th where the rally started,

and Lake Forest Park, where she went to "Democracy Corner" at the intersection of Bothell and Ballinger Way to check out the enthusiastic crowd lining Bothell Way.

I think she read her way down the streets as almost every person had a hand made sign expressing their concerns. She photographed the ones that caught her eye and we share some of them here.

I saw a sign in north Lynnwood on 99. It read "Elderly Hippies Against Trump". I thought that was the best sign I saw over the weekend.
