Beer Garden at the Shoreline Arts Festival


For the first time ever, there will be a BEER GARDEN at the Shoreline Arts Festival! Stop by the Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Senior Center at the southernmost end of the Shoreline Center, 18560 1st Ave NE, during the festival on June 25 and 26 to enjoy refreshing craft beers, cider, soda, and bar snacks.

Performances of clog dancing, folk songs, hula, and more can be seen from both the Beer Garden and the adjacent Family Room, and festival goers are welcome to bring in other tasty treats from the Food Truck Food Court outside to munch on while they take in the show.

The Beer Garden will feature draft beer from Gallaghers’ Brewery in Edmonds, as well as other craft beers, cider, sodas, and bar snacks. Open 1pm to 6pm on Saturday and 1pm to 5pm on Sunday, the Festival Beer Garden will be the perfect place to beat the summer heat! Proceeds to benefit the Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Senior Center.

Beer Garden Performance Schedule:
Saturday, June 25
  • 1pm: In Folkmotion will perform some American Clog Dances.
  • 2pm: Jim Page, an American folk singer/songwriter and social activist
  • 3pm: Jim Page
  • 4pm: Hokulani Hula Dancers, performing graceful dances that represent different Hawaiian islands
  • 5pm: Ronnda Cadle: her music offers purity that is breath-taking. The sincerity of her expression leaves no room for anything but the essential.
Sunday, June 26

  • 2pm: Lynn and Dave: popular local duo will treat you to their special style of song and guitar
  • 3pm: Suekulele and Niels Anderson, play popular and swing-era songs and tunes."
  • 4pm: Seattle Chinese Waist Drum Dance Group: The performers dance , kick, and jump, beating their drums, mostly play upbeat rhythms.

The Shoreline Arts Festival is a free, two-day event organized by the Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Arts Council. The Arts Council would like to thank the City of Shoreline, City of Lake Forest Park, 4Culture, Arts WA and all of their sponsors, donors, and members for making this event possible year after year. 

 

Avoid the stress of parking by taking the Free Arts Festival Shuttle. The shuttle will run in a loop stopping at Meridian Park Elementary, Cromwell Park, and the Shoreline Center every 15 minutes during festival hours (Saturday, June 25 10am-6pm and Sunday, June 26 10am-5pm). Thank you to Shoreline Community College for providing this service.
