The Wednesday Morning Gathering on September 16, 2026 at 7:30am is a perfect opportunity to invite a friend, neighbor, or colleague to experience Shoreline Rotary.
Our speaker will be fellow Shoreline Rotarian and past club president Vicki Stiles, author of Shoreline, Washington: From First People to a New City.
Vicki spent nearly three decades leading the Shoreline Historical Museum and has devoted years to researching and preserving the history of our community. Her new book represents some 30 years of work exploring the people, places, neighborhoods, and events that shaped Shoreline.
But this presentation won’t simply be a summary of the book.
Vicki will share some of the stories she heard while doing her research—stories that help bring Shoreline’s history to life. Some made it into the book, while others didn’t make the final cut. That means even those who have already read the book may hear something new!
Guests can join us in person or by Zoom, so even someone who can’t make it to our morning gathering in person can participate.
