Shoreline Walks: Library Loop Walk September 8, 2026

Free community walk: Library Loop Walk


Explore neighborhoods, parks and trails on some of the best walking routes in our City. Designed for adults ages 50+ but open to all ages and abilities, each walk is led by a Volunteer Walk Leader and all walks are free. 

No need to sign up, just show up at the meetup location and we'll take care of the rest! Friendly dogs on a leash are welcome to join.

WALK DETAILS
  • Tuesday, September 8, 2026, Leaving at 10:00 am
  • Library Loop Walk – Free, Tuesday 9/8 @10am
  • Meetup Location: 400 N 174. Please do not park in the library parking lot.
  • Walk Difficulty Rating: Moderate. 3.2 miles/2 hours. A few hills. Elevation gain, 141 feet.
  • Walk Leader: Donna
Description: From the street south of the Shoreline Library we will walk north to check out the light-rail station at 185th, then loop around to go south to Northcrest Park in the Ridgecrest neighborhood. On the way back we will pass by the Buddha Jewel Monastery.
