Shoreline, WA – Seattle Area Feline Rescue (SAFe Rescue) invites the community to join them for an unforgettable evening of food, fun, and fundraising at the 2026 Nine Lives Gala on Saturday, September 19, 2026.
This year’s “Enchanted Furrest” gala will take place from 6:00 to 10:00pm at Shoreline College, 16101 Greenwood Ave N, Shoreline WA 98133 and will bring together animal lovers, community members, and supporters for SAFe’s biggest fundraising event of the year.
The Nine Lives Gala is an annual celebration of the cats and kittens whose lives are transformed through SAFe Rescue’s programs, as well as the foster families, volunteers, adopters, donors, and community members who make that work possible.

Funds raised help provide the medical care, food, shelter, and foster support needed to care for more than 1,500 cats and kittens each year.

The fundraising fun begins before gala night. SAFe Rescue’s online auction will open on Thursday, September 10th and remain open through Sunday, September 20th, giving supporters near and far an opportunity to bid on a wide variety of donated items and experiences - including the chance to bid on items signed by Mariners All-Star Andrés Muñoz.
Those attending the in-person gala will have even more opportunities to bid, with special live and silent auction items available exclusively during the September 19th event.
Tickets for the 2026 Nine Lives Gala are available now. Community members who are unable to attend in person can still participate by shopping the online auction when it opens on September 10th.
