August 15, 2026 from 11am – 6:30pm
Licton Springs Park, Seattle (Lands of the dxʷdəwʔabš / Duwamish people)
A free, public, family-friendly celebration of Coast Salish traditions. Through music, storytelling, Native flute, poetry, cedar bark weaving, plant medicine workshops, dance, and a ceremonial Prayer Walk, the event invites the community to step closer to becoming holistically well and co-creating a shared paradise once again.
The event is led by Protectors of the Salish Sea, a nonprofit Indigenous-led organization founded by Chiyokten (Paul Chiyokten Wagner), a member of the W̱SÁNEĆ (Saanich) Tribe of southern Vancouver Island, British Columbia, and an award-winning Native American flutist & Storyteller.
