Own risk indeed. That's n/s crosswalk is impossible to see in the dark, and it is not marked with anything other than paint that is mostly invisible from more than 5 feet away. The barrels and barrels camouflage the pedestrians, and there is no signage. This design is just asking for a collision, as frustrated drivers waiting many cycles simply run the lights since there is no enforcement. The designers cheated-out here with no flashing signal for the pedestrians to signal their presence. Take the over on the bet for the number of injuries and fatalities here. Even a cheap option for the flags for the peds to waive and attract attention are not here.
