Scene on the Sound: Sea Trials

One of the system's largest ferries, the MV Wenatchee, has been out of service for two years while getting an upgrade to a hybrid-electric engine. Now running sea trials and preparing to return to service shortly, she has become the state's first hybrid-electric ferry.

    Neat! Will this ferry be assigned back to the Seattle-Bainbridge route after it's returned to service?
