    It is challenging to build a successful small business when there is no downtown and there is no tourism or local destinations. Shoreline is basically a large strip mall flanking Aurora that is surrounded by neighborhoods. There is zero wallkability and essentially no place people will go to "stroll around" and happen upon your business. In addition, we're flanked by Seattle and Edmonds/Lynnwood which are all full of great small businesses and have better downtowns & shopping areas.
