The final order found Dr. Thomson committed unprofessional conduct including incompetence and negligence that created unreasonable risk of and resulted in injury to patients. He is also in violation of the WMC’s opioid prescribing rules.

Wow! This is shocking but not surprising. He is now 81 years old and is retired. Sad that he took oath to do no harm but here we are… praying no one died or had serious injury due to his negligence and he added to the opioid crisis. I’m sure in his 53 years as a physician he helped many patients but he is now putting the safety of the public at risk.
