Local artist Elsa Bouman has started planting “flowers” in her Winter garden.
Hoping to brighten the gray days ahead and think it will be pretty in the snow.I’ll be adding more of these painted branches. Gifts that roll up on the beach; smooth and dry, house paint and a sunny day make for rainbow activities.
