Photo: a sky full of eagles

Eagle fledgling learning to fly


My nephew who lives in Castle Rock got this shot of young eagles learning how to ride an updraft earlier this week. I counted at least twenty-six fledglings in this group.

I thought I was doing great when I sighted seven over LFP shopping mall three weeks ago.
