Shorecrest grad receives scholarship at WWU

BELLINGHAM – Western Washington University student Makenzie A. Muilenburg, daughter of Jenny Muilenburg of Seattle, has received the $1,500 Adams / Woodring Scholarship for the 2017-2018 academic year.

The Adams/Woodring Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate and graduate students of the Psychology department. The primary purpose is to attract and retaom students with superior promise.

Muilenburg graduated from Shorecrest High School in 2012. She is a graduate student at Western pursuing her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
