Seattle Food Trucks save lives - Food Truck event Aug 28 in Shoreline

12 Top Food Trucks Rally at World Concern to Fight Global Hunger, August 28

A great food experience combines flavor and atmosphere. And it doesn’t get much better than food with a purpose.

On Sunday, August 28 from 11am to 4pm, World Concern, a Shoreline-based humanitarian organization, is hosting 12 of Seattle’s best food trucks to help end global hunger.

These nationally ranked mobile eateries will all converge at World Concern headquarters, 19303 Fremont Ave N, Shoreline 98133.

Where Ya At, Matt
Feast on jambalaya from Where Ya At Matt, tender pulled pork from Wood Shop BBQ and hot, fresh doughnuts from Street Donut.

A portion of all proceeds will go to World Concern programs to end hunger in some of the poorest countries.

With your support, World Concern helps people in Africa, Southeast Asia and Haiti get proper nutrition. Then we find solutions so that families can better feed themselves in the future.

Even in our modern world, hunger continues to kill more people every year than AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis— combined.

The Mobile Food Fight for Hunger is a unique event where cuisine makes a difference.

Come, eat, mingle and do good with every bite.
