The
Western Washington Female Hockey Association (WWFHA)’s Washington Wild 19u Rep attended
the 2015 Fire on Ice tournament in Rochester, NY this past weekend -- one of
the best college scouted events of the year.
The
team had their best showing ever at the tournament, just losing in the
semi-finals to the Ontario Etobioke Dolphins, who boast over 20 Rep teams and
800 players in their all-girl association. The Dolphins scored 23 goals and
only allowed 1 goal in their previous 4 games.
