  1. SPS... THANK YOU for your ongoing efforts in fighting these radical rezones!

Why on earth didn't the City didn't listen to the people of Shoreline and adopt the 'Some Change' zoning map, which was also supported by the market analysis. If you have facts and data right in front of your nose and ignorantly choose to do the exact opposite, what does that say about the decision makers in our fair City? Either there is information being withheld from the public, or these actions were to childishly thumb their noses at the public who dared to question and challenge them.

  2. i did not invest my life work in my home to be destroyed by monolithic buildings and low income housing because some developer and there city corporate lackeys want top make a few bucks, some thing of this magnitude needs to be voted on by all of the residents of the city of shoreline and if we are allowed to have real voice it will be voted against.

  3. some thing that bothers me, if the naiborhood can be ruined with this radical rezone, after you make it multi use..... what stops me from putting a 40 ft tall apartment structure on my property and making it a half way house for sexual devants? is this how we will be treating our neibors in the future? I dare say and I fear yes it is
