Church Burglar identified and arrested in Shoreline

Several Shoreline churches have been burglarized
For the past several months churches in our city have been plagued by a burglar who broke into churches and stole expensive microphones and other sound equipment, petty cash, and whatever else they found that was portable.

Some churches were hit more than once.

Shoreline Police just announced that they have made an arrest in the case. Case officer Detective Inn has been working with the churches, using a variety of surveillance techniques.

Shoreline officers Gerlitz, McNaughton and Souza were investigating officers who collected physical evidence from the various scenes.

Detective Inn contacted numerous witnesses in this case. On the morning of December 20, 2012, he arrested the suspect and booked him into the King County Jail for Investigation of numerous burglaries.

The suspect is also indicated in a number of church burglaries in Seattle.
