Increase Your Profits With Management Accounting

Most small business owners, when they think about Accounting, think of Balance Sheets, Income Statements and Tax Returns. This is what is known as Financial Accounting. However, if you really want to improve your chances of having a successful business, it is critical that you understand Management Accounting. By understanding such topics as Cash Flow, Budgeting and Breakeven Analysis, you can greatly improve your profits. Financial Accounting only tells you where you have been, while Management Accounting can help you manage where you are going.
