  1. We have no inkling about what criteria the BIAW (Building Industry Association of Washington) uses for this award.

But we do know a very great deal about what this organization represents in electoral politics, and it's all bad for the average citizen.

It consistently endorses and supports, with substantial funds, right-wing candidates. And it works against policies and programs that favor the majority of our citizens.

It has taken a "special interest" in our judicial elections, trying to ensure that "special interests" are served by our courts, interests that work against the welfare of most of us.

  3. Congratulations to Mr. Irons

And, also a thank you to the BIAW for sponsoring and encouraging reputable contractors like Mr. Irons to pursue a quality of work ethic and craftsmanship that should be recognized at the state and local levels.

The BIAW along with all the local Home Builders Associations in Washington State promote high standards of conduct to and for the consumer, Irons Brothers Construction reflects those principles. Supporting good businesses and their practices is good for the consumer and also the economy of our state.
