Veterans Day, November 11, 2010 – Circle this date on your calendar to remind you that the:
- First Annual Veterans Day event honoring Shoreline Veterans will held in the Shoreline City Hall and Council Chambers from 2:00 to 4:00 pm on November 11th
- A short program followed by a social hour with coffee, tea and refreshments will allow you time to meet your neighbors who have served in the military
- All current and former members of any of the military services are invited as are their families, friends and neighbors
- Your presence will be an expression of acknowledgment of the service that they have provided to us all
It is hoped that this event and others in the future, will lead to a greater recognition of their service by all
All Shoreline citizens are encouraged to attend and suggestions, comments or questions can be addressed to Frank Moll.
