Finish the day with another spectacular sunset

We finish the day with another spectacular sunset. This is why people love living in Richmond Beach.
Or getting coffee and going to RB Saltwater Park to watch the sun set from the upper level parking lot

Red, white, and blue sunset for Memorial Day
Tuesday, May 31, 2022
Seems very appropriate that the sunset on Memorial Day was red, white, and blue. The setting sun is the thin strip of yellow on the horizon. Lee says that the sunset is more to the north every day.

Tuesday's sunset was sullen and ominous with huge black clouds creeping across the skies.
Did you all get hail on Tuesday? I can hardly wait for Wednesday.

Unusual sunset on the Cascades
Friday, March 4, 2022
| Photo by Mike Remarcke |
Wednesday night's sunset was beautiful. The entire sky was a lovely, rosy pink. On the Cascade side of the area, a field of clumpy clouds broke up the light into myriad shades and patterns. Good thing that Mike Remarcke was there to capture it.

Clouds of cotton candy and fire

A few minutes later, Lee Lageschulte photographer a very different looking sky. But look closely. I think that Jo's cloud is still there in Lee's photo - just being surrounded by fire.

Multi-colored sunset
Sunday, January 23, 2022

With the beautiful weather Saturday came beautiful sunsets.
If you notice, the tallest tree in the photo is a cell phone tower. Every time I see one of those I think what a great bird's nest it's going to make.

Sundown at Ronald Bog
Friday, September 3, 2021
Ronald Bog is a contrast in light and shadow as the sun sets in a multicolored tapestry. In this view the Bog looks as if it has been unchanged for centuries, but it actually has a somewhat sordid past.
However, anyone can change their ways, so we will view the Bog as it is today, not what it used to be.
