3:30pm: Country Dave and The Picking Crew - Northwest--by way of Texas--legend Dave Harmonson fires up the pedal steel for some rip-snortin' honky tonk, classic country and the Bakersfield Sound, backed by the area's hottest pickers.

Apply now for LFP Holiday Crafts Fairs at Town Center – due Oct 5
Wednesday, September 28, 2016
The deadline for vendor applications for the upcoming Holiday Crafts Fairs at Lake Forest Park Town Center is fast approaching, and artists and crafters are encouraged to apply now to be a part of this exciting, annual tradition.
This year’s Holiday Crafts Fairs will be held from 10am to 3pm on Sunday, November 20 and Sunday, December 18 so that shoppers can get a jump on Black Friday shopping and pick-up those last-minute Christmas and Hanukkah gifts. Each craft fair will be held in conjunction with special fall Lake Forest Park Farmers Markets.
Holiday Crafts Fairs and the Lake Forest Park Farmers Market are presented each year by Third Place Commons, a community-supported nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering real community in real space. Third Place Commons is located in Lake Forest Park Town Center at 17171 Bothell Way NE, Lake Forest Park 98155.

Applications are now being accepted for the Lake Forest Park Farmers Market’s 2016 Holiday Crafts Fairs. Local and Washington-based artists and crafters of all kinds are encouraged to apply.
This holiday season, shoppers will be treated to two indoor holiday crafts fairs where they can find unique and one-of-a-kind gifts for everyone on their holiday lists.
The first will take place on Sunday, November 20, right before Thanksgiving and the crush of Black Friday. The second holiday crafts fair will take place on Sunday, December 18, just in time for that last minute Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year shopping.
Each market will take place from 10am to 3pm and will correspond with a simultaneous farmers market. Crafts markets will take place in the lower level of Lake Forest Park Town Center while the farmers markets will take place outside (weather permitting) in the usual location in front of the Professional Building. (In case of inclement weather, farmers markets will move inside to Third Place Commons on the upper level of Town Center.)
An additional farmers market (with no crafts fair) will also take place on Sunday, November 6.
The application deadline for all interested artists and crafters is Wednesday, October 5. All applications must be complete and received by October 5 to be considered for these juried events.
All items presented at the Holiday Crafts Fairs must be handmade in Washington by the individuals selling at the market. They seek a wide variety of media to represent a broad spectrum of creative endeavors and look forward to seeing your submissions!

Crafts Day at LFP Farmers Market Sunday July 17
Wednesday, July 13, 2016

| Past vendors and crafts from Crafts Day at the LFP Farmers Market |
This Sunday, July 17 marks the return of the annual Crafts Day at the Lake Forest Park Farmers Market! Always a popular event, this year’s Crafts Day will feature 20+ artists and crafters from around the region.
Be sure to stop by the market to shop a gorgeous array of handmade jewelry, accessories, decorative arts, cards, journals, wearables, garden art, and more! Crafts Day only happens once a summer at the market, so it’s the perfect time to pick up unique and personal gifts and to treat yourself to something special, too.
Of course, every week the LFP Farmers Market focuses on great, healthy foods grown and produced across Washington State. Fresh produce, meats, fish, eggs, and cheese are always on offer, as well as other grocery goodies like fresh pastas, sauces, bread, honey, jams, coffees, teas, wines, and more.
While you’re there, pick up some lunch from one of the hot food vendors including Drummin’ Up Wontons, Patty Pan, or Vespucci Pizza. Satisfy your sweet tooth on the spot with a Whidbey Island Ice Cream bar or fun, fancy popsicles from Seattle Pops. Or pick-up something delicious for both now and later like Classic Kettle Corn, Jon Boy Caramels, Luvacakes, Doll House Baked Goods, or Pete’s Perfect Toffee. (See the full vendors list here.)
You’ll also want to mark your calendar for other fun events coming up soon at the market including Family Day on July 31st and another Food Truck Extravaganza on August 28th. Watch for more details on these events as they draw closer!
The LFP Farmers Market is presented by Third Place Commons, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering real community in real space. The market is open from 10am to 3pm every Sunday through October 16th and takes place in the parking lot of LFP Town Center adjacent to City Hall at the intersection of Bothell Way and Ballinger Way.
