Now they'll be congregating near/on school property to shoot up for the same reasons. Now schools are going to be going on lock down every time one of these suspicious non-students is milling about. And they will mill about and be drawn to schools like flies to honey, because of these ill-conceived policy proposals. Spend money on education, not this horsecrap. I have to wonder if this is some sick, underhanded way to force Safe Injection Sites on the public. If highschool and college kids are doing smack, they need treatment, not enabling.
