Gloria Z. Nagler: Recent Visitor

Photog! I've told you a bazillion times that just because I come into your yard for a few peanuts, I am not giving you permission to photograph me. Now clear out!

(I photographed Ms. Coyote through the window with my iPhone, so not the clearest pic. But I couldn't resist trying to get something :-)

  1. These predators need to be caught and resettled before a child or an adult gets hurt.

    1. They need to be left alone. That means no feeding them.

  2. When you see coyotes in daylight it is never a good sign.

  3. It's amazing Gloria caught that expression on her face through a window! Kudos! (Love the caption.)

  4. They all need to be spayed and neutered.

  5. They are an important part of the ecosystem, but please don't feed peanuts. They are more than capable of scrounging up food on their own.

    1. They're not an important part of the ecosystem, actually. Their range has expanded as they've followed humans, very much like how rats have benefited from humans. We owe them no deference.
