It's time to move forward on Gateway. The challenge will be convincing Deja Vu it's in their best interest to close and consolidate at Rick's. Long term, Gateway will benefit not only LFP but also North Seattle and the SE corner of Shoreline. I'd like to see a Trader Joe's go in there!

Are there any updates here? I see construction has been going on for a while at 147th and Bothell Way, so I assume the Gateway project is underway? Can anyone share details on what it will be like? Also, what will be happening to Deja Vu, if anything? I bought a home next door to Deja Vu a year and a half ago, hoping/assuming it would go away at one point and therefore making my home much more valuable and this area much safer for a family. Any thoughts? updates? etc.? THANKS! Please email me at ShawnPMurphy@Comcast.net with any updates!!
