Yet, it has held off announcing this open house until exactly one day after a public hearing before the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board, concerning the City's declaration of intent to assume the Ronald Wastewater District's system in Snohomish County (includin Point Wells), and ten days after a similar public hearing before the King County Boundary Review Board for the Shoreline portion.<br /><br />If the City's credentials as a surface water utility were relevant to those proceedings, why hold back information from the public on this?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
