We mov...My family lives in the Richmond Beach area.
We moved here because it is a wonderful neighborhood with a "small town" feel.

We are hopeful that when Shraga Biran visits our neighborhood he will see what an increase of 10,000-15,000 car trips per day will look like in this small community.

Can you imagine what the intersection that leads down to Richmond Beach will look like with TEN THOUSAND MORE CARS going through it?

Right now kids walk to the Little Store and Walk to the Library. They walk to the beach and ride bikes all over the place.

By building this behemoth structure at "URBAN CENTER" allowances, they will turn a family friendly, walking community into a thoroughfare.

The builder touts his intentions as
SUPER GREEN.
How green is that?

Shraga Biran says that if the people don't want it, it won't be built.

Well, hopefully he will see that WE DON'T WANT IT.

Something smaller..ok...
But, 3500+ condos?
Tallest building between Seattle and Vancouver, BC?
10K-15K extra car trips PER DAY?

Come on...
That's a joke, right?Hoping Shraga Biran Listensnoreply@blogger.com
